Terms and Conditions

The owner of the online store is SIA “Magnificent Latvia”, registration number 40203467330, legal address: Liela Street 45-17, Marupe, LV-2167 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) provides the content available on the website and provides goods/services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

  1. General terms

If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, then such mutual agreement is considered a Distance contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the Distance contract, including, but not limited to, the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" of the Republic of Latvia, Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts" etc.

  1. Placing an order

The prices and the specification of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost including shipping costs is then displayed on the screen. Make payment for your purchase to complete your order.

  1. Payment

All prices are in Euros (€). Purchase can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

  • Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
  • Visa / MasterCard card payments

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

  1. Shipment

Goods are shipped to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Purchased good are delivered via:

1) parcel machine partners DPD and Omniva - this option available to Baltic countries Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania;

2) DPD currier- option available only for deliveries in Latvia;

3) Post, which is an option  for all European deliveries.

All fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be borne by the buyer. The shipping cost is displayed before confirming the order. All shipments in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 2-7 business days. European deliveries by post arrive at the destination within 1-3 weeks. We have the right to ship goods in up to 30 calendar days in exceptional cases by informing about it in advance.

  1. Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal that can be found under The Terms and Conditions by sending it together with the goods to returns to SIA “Magnificent Latvia” Omniva parcel in Marupe, Rozu iela, phone +371 26346621 or sending it separately to e-mail magnificent@magnificent.lv. This should be done within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return cost of goods immediately, but no later than after 14 days, based on the Distance contract.

The online store has the right to refuse to make a refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

The online store is not responsible for delays in the fulfilment of obligations or their non-fulfilment, or other types of non-fulfilment, which have arisen due to circumstances and obstacles that are beyond the reasonable control of the online store.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

  1. Defective goods

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser. The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store by e-mailing to magnificent@magnificent.lv.

The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser. If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale. The online store will respond to the consumer ́s complaint in written form within 15 days.

  1. Processing of personal data

The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. Detailed information about personal data processing can be found in Privacy Policy section.

The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail. The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail magnificent@magnificent.lv.

  1. Settlement of disputes

In matters that are not discussed in these terms and conditions, parties undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The parties resolve all disputes through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the parties can be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the court of the Republic of Latvia for resolution.

A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
